Sample Daily Flow

This is a sample of how your day may flow at a Santosha Yoga Cooking retreat. Details and times will change depending on the particular retreat you attend.

Morning:

1.5 hour Yoga practice to build strength and flexibility
Delicious, healthy breakfast with new friends
Surfing one of many pristine surf spots or another optional activity

Afternoon:

Nutritious healthy  lunch with new friends
Afternoon yoga activity including restorative, or meditation
Free time for exploring, fishing, reading
Surfing one of many pristine surf spots or another optional activity
Dinner and relaxation with new friends
